José Loureiro Botas, 18 – Praia da Vieira, 2430 – 694 VIEIRA DE LEIRIA – Portugal, legal person no. 501 804 250, responsible for this site (hoteiscoelho.com) describes on this page the terms and conditions of use and pre-contractual information relating to contracts entered into at a distance on this website (hotescoelho.com) and their respective subdomains, referred to in article 4 of Decree-Law no. /2014 of February 14th.

HOTÉIS COELHO reserves the right to freely modify the pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.

1. General Conditions of Use

Both browsing this site and purchasing any product or service made available by it presupposes the acceptance of this information and the general conditions of use contained in this page. The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to the law, morals and good customs or rights and interests of third parties.

This website may have links to other websites, which may contain useful information or tools for our users, however these general conditions will not apply to these third party websites. As such, the user must inform himself about the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website to which he was redirected.

HOTÉIS COELHO reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of this website, its services and the general conditions of use, with the exception of contracts already concluded and in execution. These changes are intended for the continuous improvement of this website as well as the services offered to the user who, if you do not agree with the changes made, may terminate the contract.

The content and information created for presentation on this site is owned by HOTÉIS COELHO, so its use, reproduction, copying or dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos on the site are subject to its prior authorization.

HOTÉIS COELHO informs that the images of the products or services presented on the site are merely illustrative, so it recommends that the customer obtain complete information about the respective products and contact Customer Support.

Every effort is made to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical and image errors. Whenever these occur, after detection, HOTÉIS COELHO will correct them as soon as possible.

2. Information on the Internal Operating Rules for Hotels:

  1. Check-in from 14:00 until 23:00.
  2. Check-out until 12:00.
  3. Late check-out (until 4 pm). Plus €20 on the room rate (upon availability/consult reception).
  4. Payment must be made at check-in.
  5. Supplement for children from 3 to 13 years old, subject to availability, 30% will be added to the room rate.
  6. Mandatory identification of all guests (Article 42 of law nº33/99, of 18 May).
  7. Access to rooms exclusive to guests:
    Access is prohibited to anyone who:
    • Do not express the intention to use the services provided
    • Refuse to comply with the establishment’s rules of operation
    • Access the reserved access areas (article 30 of the decree of law nº 57/2002 of March)

3. Data Protection Policy

HOTÉIS COELHO is committed to respecting the privacy of its users, for this reason we have structured our website so that it is possible to browse without recourse to the introduction of personal data. When it is necessary to collect personal data from users to make our services available or when they decide to share their data on their own initiative, the use of this information will be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force – General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). The data shared by users will be subject to computer processing and will be found in the HOTÉIS COELHO database.

When you choose to provide us with information relating to your personal data (any information by which you can be identified), you can rest assured that this information will only be used for the purposes of your relationship as a customer of HOTÉIS COELHO.

In planning this website, we have adopted measures that we consider to be the most appropriate to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of the users’ personal data, as well as all other rights that you have. Our records include data that was obtained during the contractual relationship that you established with us and following the various interactions carried out with our website.

Types of data collected through our website

Comments – When visitors leave comments on the site, the data in the comments form, as well as the IP address and browser user agent, are saved to help with spam detection. An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to verify that you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, the profile photo is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Request Forms or Records – When visitors use the forms present on the hoteiscoelho.com website, only the data that is present in the form at the time of its use are saved, which generically may include the request for: Full Name; Tax Identification Number; Gender; Birth date; Telephone Contact, Full Address; E-mail address; Company Name. These forms send the same data present in the form to a HOTÉIS COELHO email account. The data stored in a database and access to the email are restricted to authorized HOTÉIS COELHO personnel.

How we use the information collected: The information collected is intended to respond to requests made by users, namely, but not exclusively, for registration on the website; processing of contact requests; voluntary subscription to the email marketing service; responses to requests for information, suggestions or complaints; and communication with users.

With whom we share the data: HOTÉIS COELHO ensures the confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits them to third parties for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying out the service requested by the user, namely but not exclusively: sending documents, reservations or others to the address provided (carrier); and to judicial and tax authorities to comply with legal requirements.

Owner and Data Controller: Within the scope and for the purposes of the services and sales that we provide to our users, HOTÉIS COELHO is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data and for ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the legislation in force – General Protection Regulation of Data (RGPD).

Conservation Period: HOTÉIS COELHO will keep the data collected until the data subject is requested to forget them.

Right to access, change and remove your personal data: At any time, the user has the right to access their personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contracted party and the RGPD, to change them, oppose their treatment, decide on their authorized treatment, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided for by law (except when the data are essential for the respective billing by HOTÉIS COELHO and the fulfillment of legal obligations that HOTÉIS COELHO is subject to). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the legality of the treatment carried out up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, in the event of a breach of your personal data, and may file complaints with the authority(ies).

Security: HOTÉIS COELHO is committed to ensuring the security of the information that the user shares with us. To prevent unauthorized access or advertising, as well as maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented physical, electronic and management procedures to protect the information we collect online. 4. Pricing Policy

The prices of products and/or services available on this website are exclusive for purchases made by this means. These are presented in euros and with the value of VAT included, unless otherwise indicated.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a noticeable change, not foreseen by HOTÉIS COELHO, in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes little accessible or manifestly negligible, the request purchase will be considered invalid and void.

HOTÉIS COELHO reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, HOTÉIS COELHO undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

5. Payment Methods
